By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully accept our terms and conditions as detailed below:
• Dogs must be at least 12 weeks old and fully vaccinated to attend. Owners are responsible for confirming with Pets & Friends that their dogs do not have any allergies or sensitivities.
• Owners are responsible for ensuring that their puppies remain on their lead until the area is sufficiently secured and the host has confirmed that puppies may be released from their lead.
• Pets & Friends does not accept responsibility for supervision of the puppies. Supervision of the puppies is the sole responsibility of the owner. In the event of a lack of supervision by the owners of their puppies, Pets & Friends does not accept any responsibility for any injury caused to any other puppies or participants.
• If the puppy display signs of aggressive behaviour towards other puppies or participants, Pets & Friends shall be entitled to ask the owner to ensure that their puppies remain on a lead, and/or seek further advise from a behaviour specialist, and/or require the owner to remove their puppies from the store.
• When attending each puppy must have one handler over the age of 18.
• Pets & Friends are entitled to cancel a class at any time. Owners shall be entitled to attend at another available date but no other compensation or refund shall be payable
• Bookings can be amended up to 24 hours prior to the booked session. Cancellations will not be refunded.
• A session will be time-specific and the time and date of each session will depend on the age and size of your puppy. The start time and activities for a session will be stated at the time of your booking.
• In any situation where dogs are in close contact with each other, there is some risk of the transferal of infectious diseases, including kennel cough, and this is the case with bringing your dog(s) to a session. Vaccinations reduce but do not eliminate the risk of infection. Therefore, by attending classes you understand the risk and in the event of your dog becoming ill, cannot undertake a claim against Pets & Friends.
• Pets & Friends accepts no responsibility for any injury or damages to any animal, person, or property.
• Pets & Friends reserves the right to use photographs and videos of dogs for marketing purposes.
• Pets & Friends reserve the right to amend any of these terms and conditions at any time. Any variations so made shall be deemed to be incorporated in these conditions.
