Download the Just Eat app from the App Store or Google Play Store & search for Pets & Friends. Create an account if you don't already have one or sign in
2. Find a store
Next, all you need to do is add in your address to find your nearest Pets & Friends store or search "Pets & Friends" in the search bar.
3. It's time to shop!
Browse our range & tap "view basket" to view your order. Once you are happy with your products, tap "Go to checkout", enter your address & pay.
4. Delivery
Track the progress of your delivery via the Just Eat app, sit back & wait for your order to arrive for you and your pet!

Prefer to collect your order in person from your nearest Pets & Friends store?
No problem! Simply choose the Collection option on the Just Eat App when placing your order.
You can choose to collect your order ASAP or select a time slot days in advance.

Yes. Once your order is confirmed, you can track its progress via the Just Eat app in the order details page, where you'll see the latest order updates.
