How to create your subscription

Step 1
Setting up is easy! Choose your product for home delivery and simply select 'Repeat & Save'.


Step 2
Tell us how often you need your subscription delivered, anywhere from 2 to 12 weeks, and add to cart.
Step 3
Checkout as usual, and relax - you are all set up! Simply wait for home delivery to your door.

Need to pause for a while? Our customer portal gives you the option to pause and restart when you need to.
Skip

Going on holiday? Or have more than you need? You can skip a delivery on any of your items using the customer portal. 

Reschedule

Whether you need your delivery sooner or later, our customer portal allows you to change your delivery date.

Add a new subscription
Need another subscription item? It's easy to add new items to your regular delivery.
Swap
Does your pet prefer something different? You can easily swap recipes and flavours within your subscription.
Add a one-time product
Need something extra for one delivery? It's easy to add a one-time product such as toys or accessories to your regular delivery.

Managing your subscription

How do I log into my subscription account

You can access your customer portal through your store account login.

If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout.

Once your account is registered, you can log in and access your customer portal by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions link.

You can also access your account using a customer portal magic link. This magic link is typically sent in the Subscription Confirmation email when you begin a subscription and the Upcoming Order email.

How do I add a new subscription item?

Additional subscriptions can be added through the customer portal:

1. Log in to your customer portal.

2. In the ‘View your next order’ tab, in the ‘You may also like’ box select ‘Browse all products’.

3. Under ‘Add items to your order’ use the search function to find your product.

4. Click +Add on your chosen product.

5. Select the ‘As a subscription’ option, choose a frequency from the dropdown menu, and click ‘Add to order’ to confirm. 

How do I pause my delivery?

To pause your subscription:

1. Log in to your customer portal.

2. Click the 'Manage subscriptions' tab.

3. Under the subscription you want to pause, select 'Manage this subscription'.

4. Click 'Cancel subscription' and the pause a subscription options will display. Select how long you want to pause your subscription for and click 'Pause subscription'.

How do I skip a delivery?

Skipping your next order will skip all subscriptions within the order. One time products cannot be skipped and will get rescheduled to the following order.

1. Log into your customer portal.

2. In the ‘View your next order’ tab, click ‘Skip’.

3. Confirm your changes by clicking ‘Yes, skip this order’. 

How do I swap an item?

To swap a product:

1. Login to your customer portal.

2. Click the Manage subscriptions tab.

3. Under the subscription you want to edit, select Manage this subscription.

4. Select Swap this for a different product.

5. Choose a product to swap for the current product and click Swap.

6. Review the product options and select Swap product to confirm.

How do I add a one-time product to my subscription?

One-time products can be added to your order.

1. Login to your customer portal.

2. In the ‘View your next order’ tab, in the ‘You may also like’ box select ‘Browse all products’. You can also select +Add from the quick view menu.

3. Click +Add on your chosen product. You can use the search function under ‘Add items to your order’ to find your product.

4. Select the ‘One time only’ option and click ‘Add to order’ to confirm. 

How do I reschedule a 

delivery?

Process your order immediately rather than the order date originally scheduled.

To process your order now:

1. Log into your customer portal.

2. In the View your next order tab, click Send now.

3. Select Send this order now to confirm.

After an order is processed, the next charge date for the subscriptions in the order gets recalculated based on the subscriptions frequency. For example, if the subscription gets delivered every month and today is January 1st, after I click order now, my next order will now happen on February 1st.


Change your next order date or delay your next order by a week. 

1. Login to your customer portal to adjust the order date:

2. In the ‘View your next order’ tab, click ‘Reschedule’.

3. To delay your order, select either the 1 week or 2 week option and ‘Save changes’

4. To change your order date to a specific date, select the ‘Choose a specific date’ option and use the calendar to choose the new order date and click ‘Save changes’ to confirm.

When you change the order date, subsequent orders will be rescheduled based on this new date and the delivery frequency of the subscriptions. 

How do I update my payment details?

1. Log into your customer portal.

2. In the View your next order tab, click Edit payment method.

3. Editing this will update the payment method for all orders, not only the next order.

4. Select an option for how this payment method will be applied to orders, and fill out the form with the updated information.

5. Click Add payment method to confirm your changes.

How do I remove a product 

from my subscription?

1. Log into your customer portal.

2. Click the ‘Manage subscriptions’ tab and select the product you want to remove. 

3. Select ‘Cancel subscription’.

4. You will be offered the option to pause your subscription to the product, for 1 to 3 months. Choose which suits you best and click ‘Pause subscription’.

5. To cancel, select ‘Cancel subscription’. We’ll ask for some feedback to help us improve our service.

Please note products cannot be removed/cancelled before the minimum 3 deliveries have been made. 

How do I update my contact details or delivery address?

To update your contact details. add an address, log into your customer portal: 

1. Log in to your customer portal.

2. Click the ‘Address & payment details’ tab.

3. In the ‘Your info’ box, select ‘Edit your details’ and make the changes you need, then click ‘Save changes’.


To update your address:

1. Log in to your customer portal.

2. Click the ‘Address & payment details’ tab and select manage addresses. 

3. You can either edit your current address, or you can add a new address In the ‘Your info’ box, select ‘Edit your details’ and make the changes you need, then click ‘Save changes’. 

How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription after the 3 delivery minimum:

1. Login to your customer portal.

2. Click the Manage subscriptions tab.

3. Under the subscription you want to cancel, select Manage this subscription.

4. Click Cancel subscription, then Cancel subscription again.

5. Provide a cancellation reason and click Next, then confirm the cancellation by selecting Cancel subscription.

How can I reactivate my subscription?

If you want to reactivate a subscription that was previously cancelled:

1. Login to your customer portal.

2. Click the Manage subscriptions tab.

3. Select ‘Inactive’ under ‘Subscriptions’, then select for the product you want to restart click +Reactivate to reactivate it.

What are the terms of my subscription?

When you take out a Pets & Friends subscription, the minimum delivery term is 3 orders regardless of delivery frequency. For example, if your delivery terms are 4 weeks, you will receive a delivery at 4, 8 weeks and again at 12 weeks before you can cancel your subscription contract.

The minimum subscription term applies to all subscriptions, and still applies if any changes are made to your subscription at any time. 

Can I use Repeat & Save with other offers on the website?

No, Repeat & Save subscriptions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts on the website.
Can I use my pet points to pay for subscriptions?

Whilst you can earn Pet Points for subscription orders, we don’t currently have a way for subscription customers to directly apply a Pet Point voucher to their subscription. If you wish to use your Pet Points with your subscription, please first redeem a voucher via your account and then contact our Customer Care Team on 0115 695 0252 and they will be happy to assist.
Can I select Click & Collect delivery for my subscription?

At the moment subscriptions are only eligible for home delivery, we don't offer the option to click and collect from store.
